“I started playing rugby when I was 5 when my uncle James brought me up to try it out, and I took to it straight away. I’ve had the same coaches since I started. They are very nice to me and give everyone a chance. We do training sessions and practice matches every week, and at real matches, everyone gets a game because we are subbed on and off.
There was a big Aviva blitz a few weeks ago in Tullamore Rugby Club, and everyone had a job helping out to make sure that it was a good day. In our matches, we won one, drew two and lost one. We were delighted that we won and didn’t mind when we lost because we got medals and certificates.
I love rugby and would love to play for Ireland one day.”
